Is anyone else tired of Michael Jackson bandwagon fans?

I'm glad that now that MJ has passed on, people are appreciating him and respecting him and are falling in love with the artist he was/is. However, the bandwagon MJ fans annoy me. I, and many many others, were fans of MJ when it wasn't 'cool' back when the media was attacking and exaggerating his every move and demonizing him. Also not long ago fans had to constantly defend MJ against the haters that would call him a child molester. People didn't recgonize his work and people neglected him. People had forgotten who Michael Jackson the artist and the man was. Now, people remember and people have just jumped on the bandwagon. Where were these so called fans and their ring tones and t shirts even after MJ had turned 'weird'?
